Our Services MachpointAI LLC provides website design, CRM setup, marketing automation, and AI-powered communication systems for aviation businesses. Specific deliverables for each client are defined in a separate Service Agreement.

Payments & Cancellation Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly retainers are billed automatically and require 30 days written notice to cancel. You retain access through the end of your current billing period upon cancellation.

Your Responsibilities You agree to use our services lawfully. All automated SMS, email, and AI voice communications sent through systems we build for you must comply with applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your contacts.

Intellectual Property You own your content. We own our templates, systems, and workflows. We retain the right to use anonymized performance data to improve our services.

No Guarantees We do not guarantee specific results including leads, bookings, enrollments, or revenue. Marketing outcomes vary based on factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability MachpointAI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the prior three months.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
